In addition to R&D and production buildings, hotels and logistics centers can be constructed as well, similar to the Taipei Neihu Technology Park. In the future, the city government is planning to merge the A7 industrial area with Hua-Ya Technology Park, including phase 1 and phase 2, to form a high-technology industrial cluster.
