As server rack power demands continue to rise, data centers are increasingly adopting BBU applications in high-voltage cabinet architectures to improve power supply reliability. BBU designs are based on a DC to DC architecture, with individual module capacities ranging from 200Wh to 2kWh at 48V. During charge/discharge testing, instantaneous high-power discharge must be performed to simulate the real-world use cases of the BBU module, while also capturing BMS status data for comparison and analysis. To meet this demand, Chroma provides a complete reliability test solution that supports endurance testing, product inspection, design validation, and capacity learning. This solution verifies product functionality during development and design phases, helps gain end-customer acceptance, and ensures that the product meets all requirements in terms of reliability and performance.
