Milpitas, CA, October 14, 2025 – Chroma ATE Inc., a world-leading provider of precision measurement and automated test solutions, announced the official opening of its new operation center in Milpitas, CA, located in the heart of Silicon Valley's technology corridor. This move demonstrates the company's long-term commitment to the U.S. market and its global expansion goals.

The new operation center is strategically positioned to be closer to global tier-one customers in AI/High Performance Computing (HPC) chips and other high-tech sectors, enabling faster integration of semiconductor test systems. The center also features a dedicated Customer Laboratory, designed to help customers with real-time chip test, verification and technical support, thereby accelerating their product development timelines. Chroma will also leverage this facility to develop advanced temperature control technologies to meet the stringent heat dissipation requirements of HPC chips.
