The Chroma 170X0 Series Charge-Discharge Test System can simulate battery BMS wake-up through programmable test sequences and monitor cell status via BMS communication. It controls charge and discharge to dynamically adjust charging current in constant current (CC) mode while synchronously verifying BMS communication to optimize battery pack charging functionality and efficiency. The system can integrate with data loggers and temperature chambers to enhance overall testing flexibility. Its real-time monitoring mechanism helps track battery test status and detect abnormalities, ensuring operational safety and data accuracy. By simulating actual BBU load and charging behavior, the system assists in validating battery module performance and optimizing system design.
