Recognition for Excellence in Governance, Green Innovation, and Reporting Aligned with International Standards
Chroma’s sustainability report received Silver Award recognition for its rigorous, high-standard disclosures, as well as its tangible outcomes in sustainability governance and green innovation. In terms of governance, Chroma has performed strongly across multiple international sustainability assessments and disclosure frameworks, demonstrating the company’s management capability in responding to global climate risks.
Chroma follows the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) framework to systematically analyze the risks, impacts, and financial implications brought about by climate change. It further identifies emerging technologies, products, and market opportunities under future climate-related developments. This demonstrates that the company not only actively addresses risks, but also proactively captures growth momentum driven by the sustainability transition.
As a leading manufacturer of high-tech test and measurement instruments, Chroma is committed to playing a “carbon handprint” role within the industrial value chain, helping customers achieve energy saving and carbon reduction through products and services with energy recovery (‘regenerative’) functionality. From 2020 to 2024, the regenerative test equipment sold by Chroma has helped customers cumulatively reduce carbon emissions by 321,490 metric tons of CO₂. In its own operations, Chroma is also actively responding to the global net-zero trend. It has committed to achieving net-zero emissions at its office sites by 2030, and targets net-zero emissions across all facilities by 2050. The company continues to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy and has increased its resource recycling rate to 80.43%, translating sustainability commitments into concrete action.
Moving forward, Chroma will continue to advance its corporate vision—“Empowering future technologies for a better world”—by strengthening green innovation and sustainability strategies and extending its “carbon handprint” impact to partners across the global supply chain. With high standards for technology development, sustainable growth, and transparent disclosure, Chroma remains committed to becoming a more responsible and resilient sustainability-driven enterprise as it continues its pursuit of excellence.
