Chroma ATE Participates in IEEE AI4IM 2026 and Presents Best Paper Award

26 May 2026

Chroma ATE Inc. was honored to participate in the inaugural IEEE AI4IM 2026, the IEEE Symposium on Artificial Intelligence for Instrumentation and Measurement, held in Amalfi, Italy. During the symposium, Chroma ATE delivered a presentation titled “Advanced Validation Technologies for AI Infrastructure.”

AI4IM serves as a valuable international platform for academic exchange while also inviting industry leaders to share practical AI use cases, helping bridge academic theory and real-world industrial practice. Drawing on its proven measurement technologies and hands-on experience in AI infrastructure validation, Chroma ATE introduced its four-layer AI infrastructure application framework, covering four critical areas: Compute, Thermal, Network, and Power. The presentation explored how precision electronic and optical measurement technologies can help leading global customers build more reliable and efficient AI data center infrastructure.

"Only through continuous innovation and close collaboration with our customers can we earn and retain their trust," said William Chang, Special Assistant to the CEO at Chroma ATE.

Chroma ATE also sponsored and presented the Best Paper Award  at IEEE AI4IM 2026, supporting outstanding research in AI for instrumentation and measurement.
